What type of voltage do the rooms have?
Bermuda, and the Surf Side Beach Club run on the North American standard of 110-115 Volts
AC at 60Hz. This is exactly the same as anywhere in the USA and Canada. Plug fittings are
ANSI standard 3-prong polarized plugs, the same as North America.
Do you have a Spa or Massage centre?
We are pleased to offer guests the services of "The Hideaway at Surf Side Spa,"
featuring a European-trained beauty consultant specializing in manicures, pedicures, massage, facials, hair care,
reflexology, electrolysis, and more.

Reservations
Does the package include airport transfers?
Surf Side Bermuda Hotel does not provide airport transfers. There are always taxis available at the
airport and the cost is approximately $26.00 US each way. Some travel agents provide ground transportation
with air and hotel packages.

What is the dress code for meals?
For Breakfast & Lunch - Resort Casual.
For Dinner - Smart Casual.
Can we get special dietary meals?
If you require special dietary needs please advise us in advance. We will forward your request
to our Chefs. Also, please ask for one of our Chefs when you check in, and they will be delighted
to meet to discuss your needs.
